The Board of Directors is the governing body of Katlehong AOG Helping Hands Foundation NPO, responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and strategic direction to the organization to fulfill its mission. Members of the board serve as custodians of the NPO's vision, values, and resources, working collectively to advance its social purpose while upholding accountability and transparency.
BOARD CHAIRPERSON: His academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Tax Law, a Postgraduate Diploma in International Taxation candidate. He is a legal professional specializing in private wealth, fiduciary law, risk and governance, operations management, and strategic planning.
BOARD SECRETARY: Has over 13 years of leadership experience as senior manager in the public sector. She has National Diploma in Accounting, and has competed Executive Development Program. Nokuthula has extensive experience in financial management and claims management. She is a motivational speaker of note.
TREASURER: Has a professional background in business process re-engineering, project management, recoveries, and insurance claims. Obtained a Degree in Industrial Engineering, Advanced Diploma in Management Practice, and a Six SIGMA Black Belt under her name.
DEPUTY SECRETARY: He has a vast experience in sales and marketing which he acquired from both the aviation and motor industry sectors. Mr. Nyawo also has a long term in the administration of Non-Profit entities, including, but not limited to being a trustee. He holds a Diploma in Marketing Management.
ADDITIONAL MEMBER: A seasoned HR Generalist Practitioner who has established herself as a trusted partner to business leaders. Having worked for manufacturing, services, and fast-paced sectors, she applies a hands-on yet strategic approach to HR. She has an ability to work effectively across different markets.
ADDITIONAL MEMBER: A communications entrepreneur who has a background in ICT, and banking (as a credit analyst and compliance administrator). Has a Diploma in Project Management, Diploma in Theology, and a Governance Practitioner Programme candidate. He holds various ICT certifications.
